Essay

3.It is shown, that for the people who lived from the moment of a birth in the conditions of raised level of radiation any pathological changes of brain activity as a whole are not characteristic. Under the influence of external factors the specific mechanisms of intergrated innercortex connections which create a stable morphofunctional basis for effective realization of processes of training and optimization of organism’s adapted reactions to cognitive loadings are formed. However these mechanisms are characterized by some surplus. Thus it is marked that the inhabitants of the radioactive polluted areas have a decrease in functional lability of a bleeding in average and small vessels, and also the lowest sizes of amplitude parameters of a rheogramm, what testifies about the presence of vegetative-vascular dysfunction of a blood channel. The revealed features create danger of fastening of the functional displacements which at the moment of inspection have compensatory character.
