Petrenko L. The system of Results of Pupils' Educational Activity in School Management System of School of Secondary General Education.

The urgency of realization of management activity by school director in the system of pedagogical association training in the assessment activity was grounded in the thesis and its contents peculiarity was disclosed also; the analysis of social and pedagogical assessment function of pupils' knowlidges and skills in the historical aspect was realized; the role of assessment function of expert examination in the management of educational establishment was explained. The assessment meaning of the pupils' educational activity results in the up-to-date schools of general education was revealed by the author. It was also found that the main organizational conditions of realization of the pupils' knowledges and skills expert assessment were the elaboration of the normative basic of the pedagogical expert examination realization, expert commission staffing by competent specialists, the complex choice of the methods of the expert assessment for diagnostics, analysis and forecasting of the pedagogical processesand phenomena, that is not always possible to measure quantitatively and also the assessment of the alternative management decisions.
