Kalynyuk I. Morphological changes in the lymphoid structures of the stomach in dynamics of postnatal ontogenesis in norm and under the antigenic stimulation (experimental investigation)

The dissertation present the data about the lymphoid structures of the stomach (diffuse lymphoid tissue, lymphoid prenodules and nodules), which contain small, medium and large lymphocytes, plasmocytes, macrophagocytes and tissues basophiles. Small lymphocytes (54,6-79,3 %) are prevail in the lymphoid formations. The lymphoid structures of the stomach of immature rats are formed and haven’t the peculiarities under the part of the stomach. The density of cellular elements in the lymphoid structures of the stomach of mature rats is maximum and reliably increase from cardiac part of the stomach to pylorus. The quantity of the lymphoid structures of aged male rats becomes two times lower and also the density of cellular elements in this formations. The antigenic stimulation of organism stimulates system phase changes in density of cellular elements in the lymphoid structures of the stomach with maximum after 7 days. In a month's time after the antigenic introduction these data normalized.
