Pirus E. The man prostata morphological changes in postnatal ontogenesis

Dissertation is devoted to study of echometric, anatomo-morphometric, histomorphometric, submicroscopic man prostata parameters and the dynamics of their changes depending on age and constitutional type in case of prostata benign hyper-plasia.For the first time author had investigated the dynamics of changes of prostata ultrasound (echographic) characteristics (linear measures, volume, mass) of man different group ages and constitutional types. It is proved, that prostata echometric parameters in postnatal ontogenesis depend from ages and man somatic types. For the first time is established the orderliness of prostata relative squares changes of glandular and mascular – elastic components depending on man age and constitutional types. The morphologic and submicroscopic characteristics of prostatis glandular component in the case of its benign hyperplasia is represented. It is proved for the first time, that constitutional type of man is the prognosis factor of men prostata structural components changesin age aspect, especially of benign hyperplasia.
