Object of the research: a morpho-functional condition in a gall blader which arises during ageing all organism. Purpose of the research: to establish morphological changes in serous, muscular and mucous membranes of a wall of a gall bladder and cystic duct depending on age and sex of the person. Methods of research: anatomic macropreparation, morphometry, general-histological methods. Practical significance of the obtained findings: the obtained results enable to estimate a morpho-functional condition of a wall of a gall bladder and cystic duct depending on age and sex of the person on the basis of use general-morphological methods of research. It has theoretical signficance at studying anatomy, topographical anatomy and pathological anatomy, that and practically - at a choice of methods of treatment of inflammatory processes in a gall bladder and gallstone disease. Scientific novelty: for the first time it is proved that morphological changes in a wall of a gall bladder and in a wall of cystic duct have direct dependence on an age category of this or that person and on a sex. There are directly proportional dependence morphofunctional changes in organs of hypatobiliar systems and microcirculatory bed. All this enables to establish regularity of occurrence in separate age categories of people and depending on a sex sharp and chronic cholecystitises and morphofunctional changes in walls of a gall bladder and cystic duct. Degree of introduction: the data of our research are introduced into educational process on departments of human anatomy of the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy and the Ukrainian Medical Stomatologic Academy, on departments of histology, cytology and embryology the Kharkov State Medical University, the Odessa State Medical University and the Ukrainian Medical Stomatologic Academy. Sphere of application: medicine, anatomy, histology.
