Novoselska L. Ecologization of financial practices in development of health and recreation resorts in Lviv region.

Object – process of ecologization for financial mechanism in a field of nature management (by the example of resort territories in Lviv region); target – elaboration of theoretical and scientific-methodological approaches to ecologization of financial mechanism as a main factor for balanced development; methods – systematic approach, dialectic, comparative, statistical, graphic, factor analyses; novelty – for the first time the essence of ecologization for financial mechanism in development of resort territories is substantiated and technical approaches are elaborated to introduction of payments for using of resort territories; further development was received - by substantiation for priority of rent policy and evaluation of reserves for junction of additional financial sources based on introduction of payments for using of resort territories; improved – approaches to reforming of financial mechanism in development of resort territories towards ecologization based on perfection of interests balancebetween users of nature resources and authorities; results – the technique to calculate the payments for using of resort territories and the investment model for implementation of environmental programs aimed at balanced development of resort territories were elaborated; inculcations – recommended for educational institutions in theoretical courses and practical training of the “Nature management economy” discipline that were developed within the project “Partnership for democracy for the sake of nation health” supported by the European Commission and being used in studies by master’s degree students of university,as well as recommendet for local authorities in the process of environmental programs implementation o resort territories; scope of utilization – management activity.
