The оbject - Appendicle peritonitis at children; the purpose - to improve results of treatment of children with; methods - clinical, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, morphological; novelty - for the first time: it is investigated forecasting the importance of clinical and laboratory displays of an appendicle peritonitis at children in diagnostics of weight of current of disease and forecasting of possible complications, criteria of objective diagnostics of a degree of weight of a course of a syndrome an endotoxicosis are developed, individual circuits of correction of displays an endotoxicosis at children with an appendicle peritonitis are developed; the technique of medicamentous rehabilitation of children with an appendicle peritonitis is developed; results decrease of quantity of complications on 6 %, reduction of terms of hospitalization on the average for 3 days; applied - in medical practice, in an educational process; field- medicine.
