Kemalova L. Мarginality under conditions of transformation of modern society

The dissertation offers the view of marginality as a universal virtue of human existence. Freedom and opportunity of definiteness, stipulated by it, constitute the main substance of phenomenon of marginality. It is stressed that marginality is the condition of manifestation of vital forces of human's resources and is the form of his activity expression. It is marked in dissertation that orientation of marginality (either constructive or destructive) is determined by the society policy. In candidates for the degree opinion the research of factors of marginalization and its forms of manifestation in Ukraine and in the Crimea particularly has become important. The candidate for the degree points out that consideration of marginality as one of effective factors of influence on the establishment of civil consent in Ukraine under the condition of attempts of civil society foundation has become topical.
