Serеda V. Problems of enhancing the effectiveness of the activity of the prosecutors' office on supporting the state charging in a court.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of problems of enhancing the effectiveness of prosecutors' office on supporting the state charging in a court, especially, law nature and structural analyses of the constitutional prosecutors' function of supporting state charging, сriterion and basis directions of perfecting and optimization. On the basis of studying of the history of formation and development the constitutional function of supporting the state charging in a court in the work the necessity of marking two consistent parts raises: a) support of the state charging; b) cooperation with a court to provide the lawfulness of the justice procedure in criminal cases. The concept and the meaning of theoretic development of conceptual aspects of increasing the efficiency of supporting state charging by prosecutor in court to improve the legal work and operation of prosecutor's system with the aim of its optimization are revealed.
