The dissertation is directed on the decision of a problem of planning of the routine maintenance of highways, as one of tools of management by projects of operation of roads. In work methods of an estimation of a condition of elements of roads, definitions of scheduled amounts of works on the basis of monitoring damages of elements of roads and their expert estimation are advanced. conclusion are formulated. The automated expert control system of the routine maintenance management of roads which allows to carry out monitoring of damages of elements of roads in practice is developed, to define their condition and amounts of works, to make annual plans of the routine maintenance of roads.
