Kyrychenko L. Drug allergy in children infected with and suffering from tuberculosis (incidence, structure, diagnosis, prognosis of development risk)

Object of research - newly detected sputum positive destructive lung tuberculosis; the aim - increase the diagnosis efficacy of drug allergy in children infected with and suffering from tuberculosis; methods - clinical, alergological, statistical; novelty - frequency of drug allergy in this patients is 5,72 %; results - incidence and structure of drug allergy in this category of patients, its clinical manifestations, diagnostics with skin prik-test and laboratory methods of investigation (reaction of leukocytes migration inhibition, method immunothermistometry) have been studied and algorithm of prognosis of drug allergy development risk has been worked out in order to solve this problem; high informativeness laboratory methods of investigation (reaction of leukocytes migration inhibition, method immunothermistometry) and prik-test with drug has been proved; the expedience of usage of sequential statistical analysis for determination of drug allergy development risk level before the commence of antituberculosis chemotherapy or chemoprophylaxis has been proved.
