Zadorozhna S. Reproduction of the human potential under conditions of transformation of regional socio-economic systems

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological basis and practical recommendations concerning widening of reproduction of the human potential under conditions of transformation of regional socio-economic systems. On the basis of the retrospective estimation of theoretical views and approaches in this work there were determined essence and matter of the category “ human potential”, revealed influences on its reproduction, carried out their classification and offered methodological approaches concerning estimation of this process; there were determined methodological basis of motivational mechanism concerning reproduction of the human potential during economics transformation period; offered methodological basis regarding functional model for regulation of reproduction of the human potential. In the work there were determined institutional basis concerning mechanism of human potential use; offered lines of its regulation in the way of demand and supply balancing on labor market; reforming of remuneration of labour and labor activity motivation. There were determined and enlarged the content of the component elements of motivational mechanism concerning reproduction of the human potential and offered basis of its reproduction in terms of imitating models use.
