Object - process of an estimation of meliorative projects as complex ecological and economic systems. The purpose - development theoretical, methodological and practical positions of ecological and economic estimation of project decisions in sphere of land reclamation in modern conditions. Methods - the comparative analysis, synthesis, a system campaign, matrix modelling, the statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modelling. Novelty - for the first time is determined essence and methodical approaches to an estimation of weather-climatic risk as determining factor of influence on economic benefit. Result - theoretical and methodical approaches to a choice economically and ecologically optimum designs in sphere of land reclamation are advanced.
