Bondareva T. Structural models and methods of risks estimation at project planning

Object of research: process of controlling risks in the project. The purpose of research: providing the project planning, focused on decreasing negative influence of project risks, based on structuring and estimating project risks. Standards IPMA on projects (PMBOK) control, theory of probability methods, graphs theories, system analysis and system modeling, informational technologies of projects controlling were applied. The structuring patterns risks of overflow of duration, cost and poor quality of project operations implementation based on regular schemas of the system patterns, were obtained for the first time. Their distinguishing feature from the existing ones is taking into consideration of influence of unfavorable events. The extent of obtained results is branch. Usage field: plants and organizations that use project management technologies, educational establishments.
