Golovan D. Quality control models and methods in the projects of innovation production development.

The research subject is the quality control process in the project. The research aim is the improvement of quality control processes in the project on the basis of project quality control models and methods which gives the possibility of making well-grounded control decisions concerning further project development. The research is based on the mathematical methods using qualimetry, probability theory random process theory with consideration for statistic data. Expert estimations are used as well. The main result of the dissertation work is the development of models, methods and programming means for project quality control which give the possibility of making control decisions on further project carrying out and the possibility of taking into consideration the changes of the project quality indices that may occur. The criterion of quality is determined on the basis of the relationship between the current and planned values of quality indices. The work results gave the possibility to improve the degree of correctness and quality of control decisions made in the process of innovation projects realization. The results can be used at the branch level. The sphere of the results application is machine building and instrument engineering enterprises, research institutions, design offices, educational establishment.
