Object of research are managerial processes by flexibility of industrial systems in conditions of market attitudes. The purpose of research is development of the concept of the organizational - economic mechanism of management by flexibility of industrial systems and a complex of models of its realization directed on increase of opportunities of industrial potential and rational use of resources of industrial systems. Methods - a dialectic method of knowledge of the economic events, fundamental theoretical positions of an economic science in the field of the organization of management by flexibility of industrial systems, the system approach, the economic analysis, methods of logic generalization; economic-mathematical modelling, the structural analysis, a method of expert estimations, the graphic analysis, a grouping. Results: Conditions of increase of efficiency of use of resources of industrial systems on the basis of management of their flexibility, the concept of the organizational - economic mechanism of management of flexibility of industrial systems, model of an economic estimation of a level of development of technical resources of industrial systems, model of the organization of management of technological preparation of manufacture; model of personnel potential of industrial systems; model of strategic planning of organizational - economic resources of industrial systems, a supply with information of the organizational - economic mechanism of management of flexibility of industrial systems.
