Essay

The matter of investigation is the processes of formation labor motivation in the transformation economics. The subject of investigation is social and economical relationship and factors of motivation labor system formation, and also peculiarities of motivation labor mechanism functioning in the conditions of the transformation of Ukrainian economics. The purpose of thesis is the development of the conceptional basis, methodical points of view and practical recommendations concerning the formation of labor motivation models for companies and organizations functioning and being in the development process in the conditions of the transformation of Ukrainian economics. Theoretical and methodological foundation of investigations being carried out in thesis became scientific conceptions and theoretical developments of outstanding native and foreign scientists in the branch of labor motivation and working relations, administration and production management. Besides, such general scientific and special methods are used in this work: visual graphical - for submitting of the results obviously; scientific abstraction - for the formation of conclusions; method of system analysis and synthesis; the method of induction and deduction - for analysis of structure of motivation labor mechanism; economical and statistical methods - for the presenting of the dynamics of factor influence on the motivational labor system; the methods of comparative horizontal and vertical analysis - for the reflection of connections between foundation factors of motivation labor systems and major social and economical indices. Informational basis of investigation is legislative and normative acts of Ukraine concerning the state regulation of companies activities, and also official statistical materials and data which are gathered by the author at the time of carrying out personal investigations at the enterprises of Poltava city. The scientific newness of the received results concludes in theoretical and methodological grounds of conceptional basis of formation and realization of motivation labor models in the conditions of the transformation of Ukrainian economics. The essential scientific results being presented at the defense concludes in the following: 1) First: - the complex scheme of formation of motivation labor mechanism, in which internal and external motivations are separated, is grounded; it is proved that the motivation principal resonance as div of internal purpose of worker's labor and as external purpose of organization may emerge at the first step of formation of motivation labor mechanism; motivation and purposeful resonance defines the dominant of external motivation in the motivation mechanism, but its absence defines the dominant of internal motivation; it is determined that interaction of employer, motivation branch of person and external environment is taking place in the process of motivation labor mechanism functioning; - as the main criterion of classification of working activities forms (labor and creation) it is offered to use features of motivation mechanism of their appearance: the dominant of internal or external motivation and also the purpose and result of activity; it is proved that conversion form labor to creation is taking place via the transformation of motivation mechanism of forms of the beginning and functioning of such forms of human activity: via demolishing or smoothing of motivation and purposeful resonance on the step of stimulus admitting and primary abstractive motive foundation; it is proves that in Ukraine the real conditions for realization of such transformation and for forming of principally different from existing motivation labor system, founded on the dominant of internal motivation in motivation mechanism are absent; it is improved: - main point and composition of motivation labor mechanism as component effect and as imperative reason of worker's behavior which consists of totality of goal-seeking or casual, direct or indirect influences of external environment, as the result the modification of worker's fixed motivation system, to get into the values, norms and rules of behavior are taking place; conceptual basis of motivation labor models forming and realization in the conditions of transformation of Ukrainian economics, which are based on empirical generalization of theories of human capital, human relations, labor humanization , labor enrichment, the enrichment of production democracy, participating in the profits, quality groups, the quality of working life, and which are directed to gradual transfer from labor to free creation; - distribution of motivation labor model functions between all the subsystems of working relations concerning the defined principals and purposes of motivation labor models, unlike existing methods which mainly provide the concentration of all the functions of labor motivation in one structural department of organization; being the development: the system of principals of motivation labor model forming, among which, on the one hand, the prior principals are forming at workers of needs of highest level for index establishment of internal motivation, and on another hand, creation of favourable conditions for purposes achievement of organization by detection and satisfaction of workers needs. At the same time the purpose system of motivation labor model formation delimitates on the purposes from the point of view of worker- maximum satisfaction of his needs at the conditions of minimization of efforts, on the purposes from the point of view of organization, enterprise of employer-maximization of profit at the condition of expenses optimization, and on state purposes-satisfaction of people needs at the conditions of smoothing of social conflicts; - analysis of influence factors on working motivation state and determination of their place in the process of motivation labor system establishment, among which the main ones are:- the level of life of the people, modifications in the way of working, the modification of working relations, informing of all the branches of human activities, modifications in social and mental branches, mentality features. Theoretical positions, being defended in thesis, are at the level of concrete practical proposals and recommendations. They create objective basis for further development of theoretical and applied investigations of the problems of effective functioning of motivation system and motivation labor models . Confirmation of practical value of scientific and methodological methods of motivation models formation, designed by author, is development and application of motivation labor model at the private enterprise "Elsis" (Poltava city) (statement of application dd 27.10.2003) and at LTD "Factory of gas-bit lamps" (Poltava city) (statement of application dd 25.11.2003) . Theoretical material of thesis is used at the department of Economic theory of Poltava national technical university named after Yurij Kondratyuk, for teaching such subjects as "Political economy", "Basis of economical theory", "Microeconomics"( statement of application 03.02.2005).
