Research object. Justice bodies of UKRAINE. The aim of the research. Comprehensive analysis of activity of these bodies under the condition of the collectivization of agriculture, exposure of their role and place in providing of inculcated by the state economical and political course in relation to a village. The methods of the research. Principles: of historism, objectivity, scientific. Methods: historical-comparative, chronological, historical-genetic Basing on the wide analysis of the archival and published documents and special literature the policy in the village of that period under the conditions of which judicial-prosecutor's bodies were working, as well as organizational, functional and personnel changes which took place in this system during the studied period have been researched. The main directions of the activity of those bodies in the village and the consequences of their work have been analyzed
