Dissertation is devoted to development of models, methods and algorithms of projects and programs of construction of the suburban busses systems management during the life cycle of project. Offered integral mathematical model of process of projects management, that contains procedures informatively - logistic sequence of tasks for project management; the algorithms of examinations for parameters of this model, methods of calculations and principles for determination of optimum decision of improvement for management of project for construction, are PASS. Offered methods of construction of project of suburban transportations on foundation to forming of optimum curricula of motion of busses taking into account the criteria of qualities of alternatives in relation to the process of arrival of passengers on the stops in accordance with the modified models of criterion choice by the passengers of the following way on condition of vagueness and multicriterion compromise of transporting maintenance of population. Developed and the inculcated complex information technology of decision-making at the scales projects management, that responds to request modern to computers technologies of management.
