Abashina E. Increasing the level of young people employment at the regional labour market

Object of research: the process of formation of a labour of the young people and maintenance of its employment in economy of region. The purpose of research: the elaboration of the theoretical and methodical approaches and practical recommendations concerning increasing of a level and effective employment of young people in economy of region. Methods of research: a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, system analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, sociological interrogations. Theoretical and practical results: a deepening, further elaboration and perfection of scientific - theoretical rules of increasing the level of young people employment at the regional in conditions of modern national economy. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations, suitable to application in practical activity. There are used in activity of Main Management of labour and social protection of the population of Kirovograd regional state administration, Kirovograd regional center of employment, in educational process in the time of teaching of rates on disciplines: " The management of a labour force"; "The market of labour and employment"; "The management of employment and social protection of the unemployed". Scientific novelty: the complex research of employment of young people in region is carried out. The definition of a social and economic category of young people as subject of economic employment is advanced; the model of the existing mechanism of maintenance of employment of young people at the regional and national levels is elaborated; the concept of effective employment of young people is profound; the approach of its estimation in modern economy is offered. The reasons of decreasing of level of young people employment are determined. The methods of definition of an occupation level of young people at the regional labour market and estimation of its effective employment are developed. The reasons of disbalancing of a supply and demand of a labour force of young people in the regional labour market are opened. The estimation of the mechanism of formation of a labour force of young people in system of education is executed. The factors, which form competitiveness of young people in the market of labour, are determined. The ways of improvement of policy of young people employment are elaborated. The conceptual bases and directions of formation of regional policy of employment of young people are proved.
