The paper gives the scientific foundation of the composition and formulation of the original medication- gel with the triclosan and allantoin for pyodermia treatment. As a result of complex microbiological, biological, technological investigations the active substances triclosan in quantity 0,4 % and allantoin in quantity of 0,2 % in gel basis were chosen. The physical and chemical properties of gel have been studied, the gel's stability for two years of storing has been established, the biological activity and safety.
