A research object is the phenomenon of responsibility as inalienable description of co-operation of activity subjects in social reality.A purpose is system consideration of the phenomenon of responsibility in the management on the basis of social-philosophical approach.Research methods: dialectical, structural-functional, fenomenological, systems. Basic results. The subject domain of philosophy of management is considered. A new determination of responsibility is offered. The presented structure of responsibility. The scopes of responsibility of subject management and general conditions of responsibility are definite. In work two types of responsibility are entered in the management – horizontal and vertical.
