Spil'nyk S. Social Control as a Factor of Social Development: Social and Philosophic Analysis

A research object is society as form and method of vital functions of people. A research purpose is determination of essence of social control as factor of development of society and specific of his realization in modern terms. Research methods is dialectical, system, and so on. In the conditions of methodological pluralism philosophical methods are involved on the basis of principle of composition. Theoretical results and novelty are complex research of essence and forms of display of social control as factor of development of society. Practical results and novelty - stopped gaps in research of the phenomenon of social control; determination is given, research is genesis, essence and constituents of social control is exposed. An object and degree of introduction is the found out factors of optimization of development of social control in Ukraine. Efficiency of introduction is subsequent scientific development of theoretical bases of research of problem of social control. The sphere of the use is an educational process, state policy in relation to forming of effective social control.
