Khomenko T. Creation of the initial material for winter wheat breeding on the basis of induced mutations

Object: the form-building processes and inheritance economic properties of genetically unstable mutants and populations of mutant-varieties hybrids of winter wheat. Aim: improvement of the selection method of forms with genetically determinate properties in generations of mutants and mutant-varieties hybrids for winter wheat initial material creation with complex economic valuable properties. Novelty: the possibility of use protein markers for identification forms from generations of unstable mutants by morphological properties ware base on, individual selection by pedygri method of guantity of grains from mane ear of unstable mutants give the possible of positive vector on seedness increase. Results: the perspective selection forms 708 erythrospermum, 710 lutescens, 710 erythrospermum (on base of shot mutant-compactoide 432/5) and 700 erythrospermum, 701 lutescens (on base of mutant-varieties hybrid) was created. Application stage: the valuable lines allocated during research to selection with a complex of useful attributes are used in selection process in research establishments of Ukraine.
