Object - the project of reengineering of the technical service and fire car repair system and the process of management by the production-technological risk on the start phase of life cycle of this project; purpose - increase of project efficiency of the reengineering of technical service and fire car repair system due to development of management methods and models of the production-technological risk; methods – systems analysis and synthesis, simulation and experimental researches, theory of projects management, expert evaluation, logic and graphic-analytical analysis, iteration; novelty – the cause and effect relationship among the factors risk and risks of efficiency physical indexes of the technical service and fire car repair virtual system functioning is grounded at first; the risk synthesis imitation model of the efficiency factors of the technical service and repair of fire cars virtual system is first developed; the method of minimum service station power reserve determination in the system of technical service and repair and also fire cars reserve in the fire protection system as reactions on the production-technological risk is first developed; results - methods of management by the production-technological risk in the reengineering project of the technical service and fire car repair system are grounded; introduction – in The Main Department of the Emergency Ministry in the Lviv Region; the sphere of the use - the fire protection system.
