The object of research: disorders of exchange of matters of cows.. The purpose of research consists in is experimentall and theoretical about tests of connective tissue (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and fractions of glycosaminoglycans) at differential diagnostics of osteodystrophy at cows. Methods of research: clinical; biochemical of serum of blood (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and fractions of glycosaminoglycans, general protein and proteins fractions, cholesterol, АSТ, АLТ, AF, general calcium, phosphor), urine (calcium, phosphor, creatinin, uronic acid and fractions of glycosaminoglycans); hystological of bone tissues. Scientific novelty consists in an is experimentall and theoretical information about tests of connective tissue in serum of blood (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and factions of glycosaminoglycans), ursne (oxiprolin, uronic acid) at diagnostics of osteodystrophy of cows. It is offered: complex of the biochemical serum indexes for cattle including the test which are characterized connective tissue status (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and glycosaminoglycans fractions) the can bi used fore differential diagnosis of osteodystrophy.
