Object: social work with the youth in Russian Federation; purpose: theoretical substause of a model organizational-pedagogical activity (OPA) with youth in Russian Federation as a pedagogical system; exposure of possibilities of the use of progressive ideas of Russian OPA experience in Ukraine; methods: analysis of literature, systematization, questionnaire, conversation; novelty: it shows possibility of using OPA for work with young in Russian Federation; substantiated: activity of social services for youth as a pedagogical system; results: methodical recommendations in relation to development of technologies OPA in activities of social services for the youth; was developed educational program „System of OPA in activity of social services for youth”, field: social pedagogics.
