Object - is septic forms of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis; methods - are an analysis of hospital charts, determination of resistance of fabrics of extremities, experimental, clinical, biochemical, microbiological, roentgenologic, experimental, statistical processing of data; novelty - the experimental model of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis is created, resistance of fabrics of extremities is explored in an experiment, the uninvasion method of early diagnostics of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis is developed, diagnostic and medical algorithms at the septic forms of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis for children; results - are an increase of efficiency of complex treatment of sick children the septic forms of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis, diminishing of lethality; branch – medicine.
