Object of investigation – alimentary osteodystrophy of sows. The goat of investigation: research etiology of sow's alimentary osteodystrophy, makes informative diagnostics methods, experimentally based effective resource of preventive therapy. The investigation method – clinical; zootechnic (analysis sow's rations, determination in forage calcium and phosphorus) general clinical blood examination (hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes, medium maintenance hemoglobin in erythrocyte, hematocrit), biochemical blood serum examination (total albumen, total and ionization calcium, nonorganic phosphorus, magnesium, alkaline phosphotase, aspartat- and alaninami-notransferases activity, extent disproteinemia for zinc-sulfate test). The scientific novelty: for the first time is studied the most typical changes biochemical indices pregnancies and milk sows bloods to diagnostics early (sub clinical) stage of osteodystrophy. Development sow's bone dystrophy caused deficiency in sows ration protein, calcium, phosphorus, osteogenic microelements, A and D vitamins. Suggested: the enzyme-mineral-vitamins component (EMVC-S) as preventive remedies for alimentary osteodistrophy and scheme those application in nonvaluable sows rations. Improved the methodic for determination total calcium in blood serum with complexone Arsenazo III. Inculcated: obtained results are using in scientific-research and practical work, in lecture courses in South Branch "Crimean agrotechnological university'' of National agrarian university. By materials of investigation are developed the ''Methodical references for diagnostic's and prophylactic's alimentary osteodistrophy of sows”, that are approved by Department of veterinary medicine in Autonomic Republic of Crimea.
