A very important and actual problem is researched and developed comlpexly, which had not been widely and in details touched in the native historiography. The political repressions mecanism which has been done against miliary personnel and officials of DPU and NKVD in the epoch of Stalinism is obviously shown. The peculiarities of the main stages of repressive policy in Ukraine against the Soviet population, against military intelectuals and emplyees are marked.
