Object of the research:1) odontologycal status of persons of young age from 18-22 years; 2) canines of upper and lower jaws without a fluorosis and caries. Purpose of the research:complex study of structural organization of canines of different anthropological variants and determination of physical and chemical features of enamel and dentine. Methods of research:determination of odontological indexes of different classes of teeth, odontoglyfical (with the use of colouring of eryokhrom black-Т), odontometrycal (measurings of crown, thickness of enamel and dentine and establishment their microhardness), polarization microscopy of the gystochemical painted tissues components of enamel and dentine, sweepable electronic microscopy of lines of biomyneralisation, x-ray photography micro-analyz chemical composition of enamel and dentine. Practical significance of the obtained findings:Findings of ultrastructurical and chemical organization of lines of byomyneralisation can be used in the further study of pathological procession, related to violation of mineralisation (fluorosis, caries). On the developed original method of colouring . Scientific novelty:First set structural organization of canines of four anthropological variants, each of which has the odontoglyfical features, odontometrical indexes which have some correlation with other classes of teeth (by incisives, molars). Specified indexes of microhardness of enamel and dentine, in the separate areas of crown of canines of different anthropological variants. Extended information in relation to the location of bunches of enamel prisms and dentinal tubulis and specified in them topography of lines of biomyneralisation. First, chemical content of calcium and phosphorus is certain in the lines of biomyneralisation, which specifies on possible izoatomic and isoionic their substitution in the crystal of hydroksyapatytе. Degree of introduction:information of our research is brought into an educational process on the departments of operative surgery and topographical anatomy, histology, cytology and embryology, therapeutic stomatology, prosthetic dentistry and implantology, propedevtics of prosthetic dentistry of higher state educational establishment of Ukraine, the "Ukrainian medical stomatological academy".
