Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of the morphology of polyestric mammals’ animals’ (pigs’ and rats’) ovaries and fertility indexes after parenteral injection of xenogenic cerebrospinal fluid in different periods of postnatal development (newborn, immature, mature). It was found that cerebrospinal fluid caused different inhibiting effects on function and structure of female reproductive system. It was found decrease of fertility, changes of estral cycles, block of folliculogenesis and changes of ovaries’ organometric and histometric indexes.
