Samoylova E. Complex diagnosis and pharmacotherapeutic correction of affective disorders owing to the use of opiates and psychostimulants

Contains the theoretic generalization of results of complex diagnosis of affective disorders in patients with use of opioids and ephedronelike psychostimulants of handicraft manufacturing in order to further pharmacotherapeutic correction. The hereditary charge as one of risk factors of formation of affective disorders in patients with dependence from psychoactive substances is determined. The research of influence of personal characteristics on character, on structure and on degree of expressiveness of affective disorders is carried out in this work. It is proved, that a type of psychoactive substances, type of temperament, and also duration of drug intake period is influence essentially on formation of concrete spectrum of affective disorders in persons with dependence from psychoactive substances during withdrawal syndrome. Advantage of therapy with using of antidepressants above therapy without using of these medicines is proved. It is established, that dynamics of back developments of depressionessentially depends on a type of used antidepressants. Propositions concerning optimization of treatment of affective disorders are developed.
