Network of the local cells of the Polish peasant parties functioned in Western Ukraine during 1919-1939 years. It's activity was directed on ensuring of the political, economical cultural and educational needs of the Polish peasants that lived in the region. Main aim of the political organizations of the Polish peasant movement was in the securing of the constitutional rights and liberties for this category of people. As for the economical sphere the main problems were these of the land reform, accessible crediting and taxing of the peasant farms. National question was actual. It's resolving representatives of local cells of the Polish peasant parties saw in the necessity of strengthening of the Polish state factor on the territories with prevailing Ukrainian population.
