That fact is explained by the existence of hierarchical subordination of systems of organism in the process of adaptation reaction of organism to physical loading when some systems become guiding and others supplement with information for achievement necessary result. Suggested methods of improvement of sportsmen preparation for the first time connects the achievements of sport result with 'he level of speed and strength endurance which is recommended to make perfect with the help of jumping exercises.
