Ivanko A. Educational activities and pedagodical inheritance of I.G. Tkachenko (1919-1994

In thesis research on the grounds of historical-pedagogic literature and archive material's study the formation of I.G.Tkatchenko as a pedagogue and scientific worker in concrete historical conditions was analyzed. The chronology of his activities was done. The pedagogical system of I.G.Tkatchenko in organic connection with V.O.Sukhomlynskiy's pedagogics was studied and the essence of innovatory pedagogical ideas of Bohdanivsky director was revealed. The humanistic methods of studies and bringing up were also studied. I.G.Tkatchenko's work experience from creation of Labour training and bringing up of students' youth system, many-aspect activities in the sphere of qualification improvement of secondary schools' management personnel was generalized. The significance of I.G.Tkatchenko's activities for the development of pedagogical thought in the region and in Ukraine was revealed.
