Parunova Y. Personality socialization within transformational processes of current society

The thesis offers consideration of personality socialization within transformational processes of current society. The structure of personality socialization is represented as organic whole of three processes: projection of a person feelings and aspirations on the Other (Others), identification with this Other and symbolization (confirming of obtained result). It is emphasized that the socialization premise and condition is an introjection. Under consideration is an individual socialization specifics within concrete-historic conditions: on the stage of conservation of order under the circumstances of transformational processes.The role of social institutions is determined in the process of civil society values adaptation under the circumstances of transformational processes within current Ukrainian socium. The necessity is emphasized of formation of modern approach towards personality socialization, which is based on principles of dialogue and cooperation, compromise and civil concord.
