Object of research - epizootic, museum strains M. bovis and atypical mycobacteria. Methods of research: allergic, pathologoanatomic, microscopical, cultural, biochemical, biological, thin-layer and gas-liquid chromatography, statistical. Scientific novelty: slowly growing as well as quickly growing mycobacteria are isolated and identificated from the cattle bodies in tuberculosis farms. For the first time M. bovis is investigated in terms of its lipids composition and its dependence on some factors of the environmental such as effect of composition and pH nutritious medium, period of their cultivation on the artificial nutritious mediums with different pH, being in soil for three-month, cultivation duration and passengering through guinea pigs bodies. Introduced: materials of dissertation are introduced in educational processes in the Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian University and the recommendations on disinfection of soil in the farms sufferred from tuberculosis of steppe zone in Ukraine have been developed and put into the operation.
