Dissertation is devoted to research of essence and mechanism of realization of disciplinary responsibility of public prosecutors. In work the grounds of this type of legal responsibility are analyzed public prosecutors -investigating workers, maintenance of stages of disciplinary production is exposed. Appeal attention on the feature of responsibility, guarantee of its grounded application and problem of legislative adjusting. Suggestions are formulated in relation to perfection of current legislation which fastens the mechanism of realization of disciplinary responsibility of public prosecutors. The special attention is paid to the necessity of creation of collective organs of disciplinary jurisdiction in public prosecutor's one system- disciplinary commissions of office public of prosecutor
