Kryvenko V. Democratization of the court system of Ukraine: problems and perspectives.

In this work the theoretical and practical aspects of development of democratic base of the organization and functioning of the judicial system of Ukraine are examined, predominantly in the areas of the judicial system and judicial management. The main features of democracy of the judicial system are analyzed, the democratic maintenance of functions and forms of the administrative structures activity, features of a legal status of the system of court self-management and increasing its role in a judicial management. Some ways of democratization in resolving the staff questions in courts are examined and the guarantee of judges' independence, and also the rights of the representatives of the judicial community. Some assumptions of resolving of procedural questions of presidiums' activity, plenums of judges and structures of judicial self-management are given."
