Project team management approach based on project unique. Scientific novelty: first developed project team management system model, which taken into consideration the features of project product and environment, and used to discover a mathematic dependences of project team management quality criterion from factors of project unique; first developed mathematic model of selection of means for project team development with taken into consideration the features of project product and environment; improved approach to the project team management with implementation of the quantitative dependences of professionally-important qualities for team members from the factors of project unique; and the mathematic model of project team building which has been established by project unique; improved approach to selection of means for project team stimulation with implementation the mathematic models of project team member’s motivation and forecast of their professional decay which has been established by project unique; the project management terminological base was developed by means of implementation the terms “critical role in project team”, “motivation potential of project”. Implementation: software, which realizes the instrumental support of product-environmental approach, used for 5 projects by South-East Center of Municipal and Regional development, by Industrial commercial firm “LIA” LTD branch “Absolute”, private employer Zemlyuk O.V. The branch of use is project management.
