The object of study is erythrocetes membran of I and II groop blood. The aim of study is to research of influence n-alkanols (butanol, hexanol) and cations amphiphils (chlorpromazine) on a transport rate of hydrogen ion connected with anion-transport in red blood cells membrane and a rate of releasing hydrogen ion in extracellular medium in cycle Jacobs-Stewart and hypotonic lysis of sheep and avian erythrocytes in electrolyte (NaCl, Na2SO4) or nonelectrolitic (sucrose) milieu. Methods of study: spectrophotometry, pH-metry, differential centrifugation. Theoretical and practical resultes, innovation: Obtained results testify that n-alkanols modification of a transport rate of hydrogen ion connected with anion-transport in red blood cells membrane and that interact with band 3 protein in red cells by changing its functional state. It is supposed, that the differences in protective efficiency of n-alkanols in electrolyte or nonelectrolitic milieu depend on transport changes and their permeability in relation to cell membrane. Field of application: in cell phisiology, medicine, pharmacology scientifical research, in educational process of phisiology and biological chemistry
