Object - the virtual discourse in the Internet space (by the example of Internet diaries) in the inner relations of its linguistic nature and the explicit speech characteristics of their discursive essence; purpose - the study of linguistic, social, textual, and discursive characteristics of the Internet diary, established by the linguistic and communicative nature of the virtual discourse and simultaneously establishing it; methods - discourse analysis, scientific and philosophic interpretation of the text; novelty - the study of a new (from the linguistic, social, and cultural point of view) object for scientific consideration, i.e. the virtual discourse, in the technique of the linguistic, philosophic, and discursive analysis, the determination of ordinary discourse constitutive characteristics, the development of an original relations conception at the phenomenological level of ordinary and virtual discourses, the exposure of linguistic and communicative characteristics of virtual discourse in projecting its general parameters upon the Internet diary; results - may be used in the academic activities of higher education institutions while giving courses on discourse and communication theory, creating new courses on the Internet communication culture; domain - communicative linguistics.
