Essay

Ph.D. dissertation is dedicated to the problem of providing energy security of state due to Ukrainian energy supply optimisation. Criteria and indicators for the estimation of energy security level of state are offered; diagnostics of threats in energy sphere and factors for their removal are determined. Suggestions for rationalization of energy consumption structure, optimization of energy supply in Ukraine, effective use of the transporting system of power mediums are substantiated and also recommendations are given in relation to energy conservation. Perspective directions of international cooperation of Ukraine in energy sphere for increasing an energy security level are determined.
