Object – process of economical stimulation of natural-preserved fund's development of Northern region of Ukraine; target – elaboration of theoretical and methodological approaches to ecology-economical estimation of nature-protection fund's functioning, and improvement of the development process of nature-protection fund stimulation on the Example of Northern Region of Ukraine; methods – systematic approach, comparative analyses, dialectic, economic-statistical, graphic, expert estimation, modeling; novelty – at first the economical estimation methodical recommendations of nature-protection fund have been developed, that are taking into account the water, wetlands and air purification functions of nature-protection fund, as well as health invigoration due to recreation; the organization management bodie's structure has been structured for regional landscape parks, as a new category of nature-protection fund of Ukraine, that considers the stage of their development; improved –technique for economical stimulation of nature-protection fund, based on proposed scientifically substantiated measures of state budget financing that imply the environmental features of nature-protection fund; evaluation system for management of nature-protected territories efficiency, that differs from existing one by full complex of general and special criteria based on elaborated evaluation range for efficiency of nature-protected territories management; methodical recommendations for environmental evaluation of nature-protection fund as a ground for economical evaluation that take proper account for sustainability of nature-protected territories and nature-protected objects; further development was received - conceptual foundations for state policy making in the field of nature-protection fund management, that are different from existing ones by grounding on many functional paradigm of nature-protected territories using, enhanced accounting for interdependencies in balance of economical, environmental and social directions for implementation of essential functions of nature-protection fund; results – the new technique of economical estimation methodical recommendations of nature-protection fund,economical-mathematic model of nature-protection fund financing; the rezalts of investigation recommended for educational institutions in theoretical courses and practical training of the "Nature management economy", "Nature-protection work", "Nature-using management", "Regional economy"; scope of utilization – management activity, in plan-economical activity of nature-protection fund's institutions (nature reserves, national nature parks, regional landscape parks), as in Northern Region territory, other regions, in whole Ukraine.
