Suvorkina I. Effectiveness of fenspiride application in complex treatment of patients with chronic cor pulmonary

Object of research - chronic cor pulmonary. The purpose - to increase the efficiency of fenspiride in complex treatment of patients with chronic cor pulmonary. Method of research - laser agregometry, spyrography, electrocardiography, doppler-echocardiography. Mathematical and statistical methods were used for processing of the results. Results - the aggregative effect of fenspiride was determined. In addition to anti-inflammatory, broncho- and vasodilative effects, as well as clinical effectiveness and positive influence on cardio-respiratory system, the anti-aggregative properties of fenspiride allow to recommend this medicine as multifunctional aid in complex therapy of chronic cor pulmonale patients. The novelty - for the first time operational effectiveness of fenspiride in complex treatment of patients with COPD and chronic cor pulmonary was demonstrated. Area of application - pulmonology.
