The оbject -megaureter at children of early age. the purpose - to improve results of diagnostics and treatment of newborn and children of early age with megaureter by reduction of quantity of postoperative complications at the expense of introduction of dopplerographic methods of diagnostics, algorithm of a differential choice of medical tactics at megaureter in different clinical groups; the formalized clinical - anamnestic data of case record. Results of objective examination, clinical-laboratory and biochemical researches, roentgenourologic, ultrasonic, dopplerografic, endoscopic, urodynamic, morphohistologic, statistical research methods; the dependence of a degree of reduction of function of a kidney on a degree of infringements of urodynamics of ureter and of an urinary bladder behind the data of dopplerografy of arterial renal vessels and ureteral ejaculation in newborn and children of early age with megaureter is investigated, that has permitted to prove a choice of pathogenetic treatment of different clinical variants of megaureter; the processed criteria of an estimation of a degree of reduction of function of a kidney at megaureter with application dopplerografy of arterial renal vessels and ureteral ejaculation at newborn and children of early age; the method of endoscopic treatment of reflux megaureter is developed at temporary external drainage of upper urinary tracts; the developed algorithm of a choice of tactics of differential treatment of megaureter, which permits to optimize methods of treatment, to reduce quantity of traumatic operative interventions and in 93,8 % of cases to receive positive results.; applied - in medical practice, in an educational process; field- medicine.
