The kinetics of the free vibration compression of uni - and bicomponent and polydisperse powdersystems with the isodiametric of particles has been investigated. The optimum amplitude - frequency characterisics for powder systems with different physicotechnological properties have been established. It has been shown that the maximal vibrocomression of the unicomponent powder systems is achieved at the optimum frequencies of 100-150 Hz and the optimum amplitudes of 5-10 microns; of component at the frequency of 50 Hz and the amplitude of 10-20 microns, polydisperse at the frequency of 1-00-150 Hz and the amplitude of 40-50 microns. The maximal density of bicomponental powder systems is achieved by strictly fixed quantitative ratio of the compressing components. The assumption that any powder system in a condition of a vibration field gets properties of the viscous Liquid which enables to fill in the forms of any capacity evenly has been confirmed. For thfirst time the design documentation has been developed and the industrial sample of the rotor-vibration tablet machine of a new kind for the production of tablets by the method of direct pressing has been made
