Essay

The object of research: economic processes, which cause manufacture, import-export and stabilization of the internal alimentary market with a guarantee of average on soul European consumption level of the basic products of meal. The aim of research: substantiation of the conceptual approaches of perfection of organizational-economic mechanisms of increase of alimentary safety of our country in conditions of globalization of the world alimentary markets and integration of economy of Ukraine in WTO and EU. Methods of research: supervision and theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, dialectic, logic modeling, statistical, klaster. Results of research: conceptual bases of perfection of the organizational-economic mechanism of state regulation of alimentary safety is developed and proved, in particular, classification of the factors, which provide increase of protein safety of the internal alimentary market is developed; the factors distinguishing alimentary safety in Ukraine from other countries are determined.
