Donenko V. Effective use of capital investments during realization of investment building projects and programs

Investment building project (program) which is beind realized in the conditions of market economy of Ukraine. Development of mechanism of estimation of the effective use of capital investments by optimum their distributing on the stages of investment project or program. Methods of project analysis, network design and graphs theory, stream programming, the theory of probability and imitation design were used. The tool (models and methods) of the effective use of capital investments is developed due to their rational distributing on the stages of project. The offered method and developed programmatic complex were put into practice. The research is the problem of the optimum distributing of capital investments and terms of realization of stages of project (programs). Efficiency of introduction is 16,31 thousand of UAH. The sphere of the use is the investment programs and projects of building, energy and industrial fields of Ukraine.
